Refund and Returns Policy

Return within 30 days

Customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please read the following conditions carefully:

Product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you

The product must be in the original packaging, with full labels

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items cannot be returned

We do not accept returns for:

Discounted goods or goods purchased with a discount code

Items damaged due to wear and tear or improper use

Cancel (Cancel Order)

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

Start giving back

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and return reason.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Pack the product securely in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories, if any.

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

In case of technical errors or store errors, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, which can take 7-14 business days to process, especially during peak times.

After issuing a refund, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or statement.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return request has been accepted and your refund has been processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

Review your bank account or credit card statement.

Contact your credit card company or bank; It may take some time before the official refund is credited.

If you’ve taken all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer support team at email for assistance.
