Our store uses Paypal, Payoneer as payment method.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-20 business days from the date the order is shipped.

However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email. In these cases, we will contact you.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships containing your tracking number(s).

30-Day Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return conditions

Returned items must comply with our policies

The product must be intact, unused, with labels and packaging intact.

The product must have an order number or purchase receipt.

In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return the goods belongs to our store.

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If the item you ordered arrives damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information you may have about your order to help us resolve the issue for you promptly.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.
